A BROKEN down vehicle on the QE2 Bridge is causing coummuter chaos across south Essex.
Essex Highways has reported a a broken down vehicle on the QE2 Bridge causing delays from before J30 of the A13.
A broken down lorry is blocking two lanes.

As a result traffic has almost ground to a halt on the M25 clockwise and has slowed to a crawl on the A13 Londonbound approaching the M25 at J20.
And there are long delays across Thurrock.
Elsewhere, there is also slow traffic from J26 (Waltham Abbey) towards J25 (A10) after an earlier broken down vehicle on the M25 anticlockwise.
