Eileen McCABE. REGRETS that having been required to leave THURROCK COUNCIL much against her wishes and intentions she is unable to say goodbye in person to many friends and colleagues in the Borough who have generously offered their support over the last ten difficult months. She has been touched by their consideration and very much appreciates their kindness. She wishes them all the very best as she now moves on to pastures new. GOODBYE AND THANKS FOR ALL THE GOOD TIMES.
