Patricia FORD 15.03.1948 - 28.05.2015 Sadly passed away on 28th May Funeral service to take place 10th June, 11.20am at Pitsea Crematorium. Family flowers only donations to St Lukes Hospice.

Such a sad day and it took your death to make you pain free. At least you are enjoying yourself with mum and dad now. Miss you already.

PS. Sorry there will be no flowers from us but your husband has got a message to me saying that if anything including flowers shows up from us they will not be accepted. So a donating will be made to the hospice.
