Gwen YOUNG Passed away at home on 11th July 2015. Funeral service to take place on 30th July 2015, 11.00am at the St John Baptist Church, Tilbury, RM18 7PP, then a burial at the Chadwell St Mary Cemetery. A toast to Gwen will be held at The Fox Hound at High Road Orsett. A beloved Mother, Nan and Friend to so many. She will be truly missed, but never forgotten. In our hearts and thoughts always. Heaven has one of her finest angels returning home.
