Terry SMITH 1958 - 2015 Terry sadly passed away at St Luke's Hospice on Tuesday 1st December 2015. He was a much loved Son, Dad, Brother, Uncle, Great Uncle and Friend to many. Funeral to be held on Friday 18th December 2015, 12.00pm at Corbets Tey Crematorium, Upminster. Flowers welcome or donations to St. Luke's Hospice.
