Sidney John HORNE Sadly passed away on Monday 15th February 2016. A Loving Dad to Tricia, John, Carol, Paula, Husband to Pat, Grandad and Great Grandad to many. Greatly Missed and Loved. Funeral will be held on Friday 11th March 2016, 10.00am at Chadwell Cemetery Chapel. All who knew him are welcome to attend.
