John Scott SUMMERS Sadly passed away on 29th March 2016, aged 48 years. Deeply missed and loved by so many. Funeral service at Corbets Tey, Upminster on 11th April, 12 noon and then at St John's Church, Victoria Avenue, Grays afterwards. All welcome. Family flowers only, donations to Family Mosaic (The Coach House) or St Luke's Hospice at Home. Now at peace.
