Constence Florence ARTHUR Much loved Mum, Nan and Great Grandmother, Connie passed away suddenly on the 27th August 2016 following a brief illness. Many thanks to the Ambulance Crew that attended and the A&E department at Basildon Hospital who treated Mum with respect and care in her final moments. She is now reunited with John who she missed everyday.
