Jack Charles SWAN 29.04.1948 - 31.08.2016 Passed away in Basildon Hospital after a short illness. A Brother, Uncle and friend to many. He will be sadly missed Funeral service to take place at Basildon Crematorium on 24th October 2016 at 9.30am. All family and friends welcome Family flowers only donations if desired c/o T Cribb & Sons The Broadway, Pitsea SS13 3AR
