Margaret 'Maggie' Peirse

My family and I are shocked to hear of your passing Aunty Maggie and are extremely sad we could not have been there at your funeral. Whilst we may not have seen you for a while - you were and always will be my auntie. I have many fond memories from my childhood with you and especially at your house - from your profiteroles at Xmas - to you catching David and I drinking the bottle of Coke from the fridge. You Made us laugh, and smile and you took me in when I needed a break from home. That's how I will remember you - those happy

And know that we never forgot you.
I can only hope you are now at peace and back with your beloved soldier - David. Tell him I still Miss him lots and think of him always. Rest in peace ****

I am so sorry to hear of Auntie Maggie's death, I have such fond childhood memories of her, she played every board game I got, every Christmas without fail and was always smiling and laughing. She gave me so many fond memories and I am deeply saddened by her lost, but I know she will be happy to be back with David. xx

It is with great sadness that we, the Peirse family, have only (29th June 2017) have learned of Maggie's death. We are sorry for her loss and very sorry we could not be there for Maggie's funeral. Mum, dad and I remember Maggie fondly and are sad to have lost touch with her. Our thoughts are with her family and close friends.
