Carol Ann BARTLEY (née Day) With the saddest of hearts Clare & Shane announce the sudden passing of a wonderful Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend. We lost our brightest light when she passed on 8th March 2018. A service to celebrate her life is being held at Herongate Wood on Friday 6th April 2018, 11:00am. Followed by a reception afterwards in Tilbury.
