Patricia Anne FARLEY 13.04.1948 - 03.10.2018 Taken suddenly on the 3rd October. Much loved and always in our hearts until we meet again. Love always John & Family. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 31st October 2018, 1.00pm at St John's Church Tilbury, followed by a burial at Chadwell St Mary Cemetery.
