Richard Clive COOK 20.03.56 - 15.12.18 Passed away on 15th December. Much loved Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother. Funeral to take place on 7th January at Pitsea Crematorium at 1.30pm and after at The Welcome Club, Stanford le Hope. Friends welcome. Family flowers only. Donations if desired for Cancer research and Autism Care

Please accept Mica and my condolences for the tragic loss of a Richard. We feel privileged we were able to see Richard again and to say Good bye in November. Our thoughts and prayers are for my cousin Richard and family and friends. Rest In Peace and God Bless all the Cook family and Aunty Maureen.
