Dorothy Grace LAKE 4th February 1925 25th January 2019 It is with great sadness that the family announce that Grace passed away suddenly at home. A much loved Mum, Nan, Great Grandmother, Sister and Aunt who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place at St Clement's Church, London Road, West Thurrock on Tuesday 26th February 2019 at 1.00pm followed by a burial at West Thurrock Cemetery. All are welcome. Any donations, if wished, to The Salvation Army.
