Patricia KEMP (née Ferdinand) Sadly passed away peacefully at Willows Lodge Care Home, Tilbury, on 5th March 2024, aged 90 years. Greatly loved and missed by sons Adam & Laurence, daughter-in-law Jackie and granddaughters Sophie & Alex. Reunited in death with beloved husband Bernard. Funeral service Tuesday 9th April at 12.00pm St John's Church Tilbury, then 1pm at Chadwell Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations please to Dementia UK.
