IN the Gazette recently our MP Jackie Doyle-Price told us she was “disgusted” that the vote on action in Syria was defeated.
My guess is that should she conduct a poll of her consitutents she would find most of us agree with that outcome.
This goes to show, once again, that our representatives are far out of touch with our wishes.
One of Russian president Vladimir Putin’s people said that britain is a small island that nobody takes any notice of – and he was very close to the truth.
Unfortunately things will remain that way until we get rid of the pygmies on the front bench and find some politicians with a respect for history and the guts to stand up for the British people.
