ON July 8 at approximately 4pm I had an accident at Westcliff seafront when a car knocked me down, giving me quite a few injuries.
While waiting for an ambulance a very kind lady cared for me, reassured me and asked me questions to stop me from becoming unconscious.
She asked me where I lived – she told me she also lives in Rectory Road, Chafford Hundred, and she worked as a nurse at Basildon Hospital.
I so dearly would like to trace this person to update her on my eight-week stay in Southend Hospital and thank her. Hopefully someone will be able to help.
JILL BAILEY Rectory Road, Chafford Hundred.
