MEET Essex’s crime boss this Friday.
Essex Police and Crime Commissioner Nick Alston will discuss crime and policing issues in the borough over the last four months.
In the last few weeks nine home were burglaries in two days in Stanford-le-Hope whilst Grays Town Centre has also seen a number of thefts from its stores.
The meeting will take place from 5pm to 7pm at the South Ockendon Centre, in Derry Avenue.
Nick Alston said: "We’d love people to attend all the meeting, but if you can only make part of it, please still come along. I want your views to be part of the debate about how we can best keep the streets and countryside of Essex safe.”
