AS the search for missing Bradley Arthur enters its sixth day, a picture of his son Archie has been posted online in a bid raise awareness of the search.

In the picture, Archie is wearing a top with a picture of Brad and the phrase “Please find my daddy!”

A friend of Brad's, Naomi Conn, 23, told the Thurrock Gazette that Archie was in his thoughts on New Year's Eve. She said: "He spoke about his baby and how happy he is being a dad."

Friends and family are expected to join police once again in searching for the missing 24-year-old today, and are due to meet at the Sandmartin pub in Drake Road, Chafford Hundred, at 11am.

Bradley, of Drake Road, Chafford Hundred, was last seen at a gathering at a house in Grove Road, Grays. He left there at around 3.30am on Thursday, January 1 and there have been no confirmed sightings of him since then.

The police helicopter has been seen hovering above Grays in previous days and police have been encouraging people to check their gardens, sheds, and garages as concerns for the father grow.

A Facebook page called Find Brad Arthur has gathered over 30,000 followers since the weekend.

Before the gathering, Bradley had been celebrating New Year’s Eve with friends at Orsett Hall. He is described as white, around 6ft tall and very thin with mousey brown hair and stubble. When he was last seen he was wearing dark blue jeans, a white shirt and a grey blazer. He was reported missing at just after 8pm on New Year’s Day by his mother.

A number of people on social media have said that a man similar to Brad’s description was seen on the Southend-bound platform at Grays train station New Year’s Day morning, though this hasn’t been confirmed.
