SELECTED members of the community are being given the opportunity to quiz the MP Jackie Doyle-Price – and all those vying for her seat – ahead of the general election.
A special Q&A evening, backed by the Gazette, has been organised on Wednesday, April 22.
It will be the only hustings hosted in the borough involving the Conservative MP Ms Doyle-Prince, LAbour candidate Polly Billington and Ukip candidate Tim Aker. It will be free to attend.
The one-off event will take place at the Grays Parish Church, meeting at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
The Gazette would like to offer members of the public the chance to ask the panel a question on the night.
Email your questions to Neil.Hawkins@ nqe.com or Stephanie.Strong@nqe.com
We will select the questions, along with the Rev Darren Barlow, and inform those who have been successful.
If you would like to attend the evening, please email our reporters. Don't worry if you don't get an immediate response. We will be intouch with everyone who has applied before the event whether successful or not.
