Police call off search after missing man is found safe
Police say a missing man from Thurrock has been found safe.
Alan Whitley, 75, had been reported missing from the Grays area at around 1.30pm yesterday (Monday, July 5).
Police said Alan, who has demenita, may have used public transport such as the London Undergorund.
But in an update this afternoon, a force spokesman revealed Alan had been found safe and well.
The spokesman thanked the public for their help responding to their initial appeal
