UNPLUGGED, the show that gives young people the chance to perform their own music at Grays' Thameside Theatre, has returned for five confirmed dates in 2008.
Young people aged 13-20 can perform their own work or cover versions, using CD backing or acoustic instruments only. Performance places are limited and need to be booked in advance, via the show's organiser, Sally Carpenter of Alchemy Creative Communications.
Sally can be emailed at sally@alchemycreative.co.uk. Performance places can now be booked for the January Unplugged, which will take to the Thameside on Wednesday, January 30 at 7pm.
When all slots for January are taken, performers will be given an opportunity in a show on a later date. Further dates for Unplugged are Thursday, March 6, Friday, April, 18, Wednesday May 28 and Thursday, June 26.
