The M25 has been blocked this morning with a number of people sitting in the road in protest.
Police are on scene as the campaigners are causing delays between Junction 28 and 29.
Essex Police says officers are working to clear the area quickly and safely.
It's the latest incident after a string of protests on the motorway and other central London routes.

A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We are currently on scene of disruption on the M25. We received a call at 8am this morning that a number of people were blocking the road between Junction 28 and 29.
"Officers are already on scene and working to resolve the situation quickly and safely to minimise the impact on the public.
"The southbound track heading towards Lakeside has already been reopened. We understand this will be frustrating to the public and we appreciate your understanding and patience."
