Monthly parking permits costing just £40 have launched at Grays Shopping Centre.
The new passes, available to buy now, aim to make parking options more convenient, secure, and affordable with 24-hour accessibility.
Mick Redfearn, centre manager at Grays Shopping Centre, in High Street, Grays, said: "We understand the importance of convenient parking options, and we aim to provide a service that meets the needs of the local community.
"With 24-hour access, protection from the weather, and just a couple of minutes walk to the train station, this is an offer that's hard to beat."
The car park has convenient access to the c2c train station, just a two-minute walk away. Direct connection takes passengers into the heart of London in just 35 minutes.
Grays Shopping Centre's monthly parking pass is designed to address costly and inconvenient monthly permits elsewhere, with centre bosses claiming it offers unbeatable value at a fraction of the cost of local competitors.
Landlords New River Retail said: "This is a significant stride towards making convenient and affordable long-stay parking options available to the local community."
It also means regular customers to the shopping centre do not need to pay when parking there for shopping, leisure or overnight.
You can book the monthly pass through the Ringo App or by visiting the Grays Shopping Centre website.
