A GRAYS woman got an early Christmas present when she won a once-in-a-lifetime trip to be treated like a millionaire in New York.
Jennie O’Sullivan and her husband will be taken by limousine to the airport, flown out to New York where they’ll stay at a top hotel in Manhattan, get $500 to spend in Bloomingdales with the help of a personal shopper, have dinner at one of the city’s best restaurants, Daniels, and top it all off with a helicopter tour of the city.
Jennie, a full-time mum of three, from Chestnut Avenue, won the luxury three-day break, courtesy of EuroMillions, after entering the Movies Bringing in Big Dollars competition live on the Christian O’Connell Breakfast Show on Absolute Radio.
She correctly guessed which of five films made more money at the box office than the last.
The 36-year-old said: “I was shaking, I couldn’t believe it.
“We have always wanted to go to New York so this is a really nice early Christmas present.”
The couple are waiting to hear back from the travel company about when they can jet off to the Big Apple.
The Christian O’Connell Breakfast Show is on air from 6am to 10am every day. For more information, go to www.absoluteradio.co.uk
