It was another successful weekend for Thurrock Harriers at the Essex County Championships in Chelmsford.
Thurrock secured a number of personal bests and had 11 medallists in their midst come the close.
Regan Cuthbert (senior men) won gold in the high jump, as did Jess Whitbread (U20 women) in the long jump.
There were also gold medals for Cuthbert (senior male) in the high jump, while Theo Adesina (U17 male) also got his hands on gold - one of his four medals - in the high jump.
Natalie Le Beau (senior women) took silver in the long jump and there were a number of third place finishes as well.
Liam Chivers (U20 male) claimed bronze in the 400m, as did Ruby Bridger (U17 women) in the 80m hurdles, Hannah Bardo (U17 women) in the shot putt, Hassan Akande (U15 boys) in the 100m and Rosie Townley (U13 girls) in the 70m hurdles.
Adesina added further bronze medals in the 200m, long jump and the shot putt.
