FA CUP: Grays boss Julian Dicks is confident his side can cause an upset when they host Bury Town at Rookery Hill, Corringham, in the FA Cup second qualifying round tonight.
Blues held Bury 2-2 in Suffolk on Saturday, and Dicks said he saw enough from his side’s performance to suggest they have the potential to beat their Ryman Premier league opponents.
Dicks said: “The ability of my team is not in question. Our first half showing up there was fantastic.
“We know their strengths and their weaknesses now and they will not fancy coming to our place to play. I’m expecting good things from us.”
Grays have a full-strength squad to choose from. Alex Osborn, who scored their late equaliser on Saturday, is pushing for starting spot having fully recovered from injury.
